Minimum chargeable distance
250 km
On any trip priced by the kilometre, counted once for the trip and never once a day. A shorter trip is worked from the minimum and the quotation names which of the two figures it used.
Driver allowance
Per calendar day, by class
Charged for each day the car is held, including the day it returns.

Effective . Every trip past the minimum is charged for the kilometres it actually runs, and nothing on this card is rounded up on the day.
Why six classes are quoted
A rate per kilometre only works when the cost of the day is the same whoever books it. On these it is not.
