Every trip your team takes in a month arrives as one GST invoice with the lines on it, rather than as a bill each time somebody rides. Your GSTIN sits on the account and goes on every invoice raised against it.
A signed duty slip behind every line
The driver’s slip is signed at the end of the duty and it is what the invoice line is built from. When somebody in accounts queries a trip four weeks later, there is a piece of paper with a signature on it rather than a recollection.
The published rate, not an account rate
Your team is quoted off the same card as everybody else, so a booking made by an assistant at short notice cannot come in above what the account expected. Toll, parking and state entry are passed through at what they cost, named on the quotation before the trip.
The driver settled the evening before
The vehicle and the driver’s name and number reach whoever booked, the evening before, so an executive leaving at five in the morning has somebody to ring who already knows the trip.
